The part about why medications stop working over time finally explained something my doctor never could.

I have been on gabapentin for three years. It helped for about six months and then seemed to stop doing much. My doctor just kept increasing the dose. This video explains exactly why that happens, and it is not what I expected at all. I had to pause it a few times just to take notes. Genuinely the most useful thing I have watched on this subject.

My husband and I both watched it twice. The science is presented in a way anyone can understand.

I was skeptical at first because I have seen so many videos that promise things and deliver nothing. This one is different. The research they reference is real, and the explanation of why the burning and tingling happen is the clearest I have ever heard. My husband has had neuropathy for four years and he said it was the first time he actually understood what was going on in his body. We watched it again the next morning just to make sure we caught everything.

Watched this at 2am because I could not sleep from the pain. Could not stop until the end.

That is exactly the kind of night I was having when I found this. The tingling and burning in my feet were bad enough to keep me awake. I started watching just to have something to do and ended up completely absorbed. The explanation of where the real problem comes from is not something any doctor in my city has ever mentioned. I have been dealing with this for six years. This video gave me more useful information in one hour than all of those appointments combined.

Shared this with my entire diabetes support group. Everyone needs to see it.

I run a small group for people managing diabetes in my area. Most of us deal with some form of neuropathy. I watched this investigation and immediately put the link in our group chat. Several members messaged me that evening to say they had watched it and felt the same way I did — finally, someone explaining the actual mechanism instead of just handing out another prescription. The research presented here deserves to be far more widely known.

I have been a skeptic my whole life. This changed my view completely.

I am not the type to believe things easily, especially when it comes to health content online. I watched the first few minutes expecting to find the moment where the logic breaks down. It never did. The references to actual studies, the clear explanation of the mechanism, the connection to things I have personally experienced — it all held together. I went back and looked up some of the research mentioned and found it was accurate. That alone is rare enough to be worth sharing.
